Customer Care office upgrade

The long awaited new Customer Care Service Centre has opened at Greentyre's Middlesbrough offices. The air conditioned offices boast desks equipped with dual screens to allow access more data and better handle enquiries.
The new suite of offices have an ultra-modern internal video call facility that allows 'face to face' contact between team members in all departments. A new 'coffee bar' and rest zone have been created for those few moments when the team can relax.
New staff have been recruited from the long term unemployment register along with an apprentice which is a welcome increase in the Greentyre 'family'.
The new and exciting offices offer a sophisticated technologically advanced work space which is good for the Greentyre team and hopefully brings service benefits to all of our customers.
