3D Tyre Prototyping

Rapid prototyping of plastic and even metal components is commonplace, especially in the creation of wheels but Greentyre go one stage further and can add tyres to wheel prototyping to assist with fit, function and overall design. Tyres are made from actual polyurethane and can be tested as a useable sample.

We can prototype complete wheel and tyre assemblies or just tyres for existing wheels. Designers can check tread profiles, tyre fitting, stability, rolling resistance and product appearance all before commissioning final tooling.
